London – Riyadh
This summer, the British capital, London, will host several high-profile real estate and investment events organised by International Investment Gateway, which has offices in Riyadh and London. For the first of the two events, the Saudi British Business Council (SBJBC) will collaborate with the company’s subsidiary, IIG Estates, to co-organise the event.
On July 10, 2025, in central London, the first event, called the Saudi British Business Council Forum, will take place. According to Saudi Vision 2030, the forum will review trade and investment opportunities between the two kingdoms while showcasing Saudi Arabia’s and the UK’s real estate, finance, legal, and public-private sector economic partnerships.
The second event will take place on July 21, 2025, in the House of Commons at the British Parliament and goes by the name of the Saudi-UK Investment Forum. Moreover, the forum will use panel discussions and high-level speeches to enhance strategic dialogue on the future of bilateral economic relations, which business leaders, investors, and senior officials from both sides will attend.
In close collaboration with pertinent British and official entities, the first and second events are invitation-only.

On August 4 and 5, 2025, from 2 to 8 p.m., the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge, London, will host the Saudi-UK Property Show, a public exhibition and the third event. Furthermore, the exhibition is a unique chance to showcase real estate projects and investments and fortify bilateral relations in the real estate sector. Likewise, it will include several prominent wealth management firms, law firms, and real estate developers from Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
Eventually, as part of a larger initiative to establish a Saudi investment identity in international capitals, the International Investment Gateway affirmed that the goal of these events is to draw investors and create sustainable economic ties between Riyadh and London.
