IIG and Fronds Sign Agreement to Market Residential Development

International Investment Gate «IIG» has signed a cooperation agreement with Fronds to provide marketing services for a new residential development in Abha with a total project value of SAR 186 million, according to a company press release.

The statement did not disclose the development’s name, number of residential units or expected launch date. It also did not reveal the financial value of the marketing agreement itself.

IIG said the cooperation reflects the two companies’ commitment to supporting quality real estate developments that respond to growing demand for housing in Saudi Arabia.

International Investment Gate describes itself as a Shariah-compliant real estate and investment advisory firm operating across Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Its services cover different stages of the property investment cycle, including acquisitions, financial and ownership structuring, Shariah-compliant financing, property and asset management, and sales support. Fronds is a Dubai-based private investment company active in private equity, real estate and strategic partnerships. According to its official website, its property activities include acquiring, developing and managing residential and commercial assets.

The latest agreement gives IIG responsibility for providing marketing services for the residential development in Abha. Further information about the project and its launch has not yet been announced.

The agreement follows earlier cooperation involving the two companies. IIG and Fronds were also parties to a tripartite agreement with Kerten Hospitality, signed during the UK-Saudi Real Estate Exhibition in London in August 2026.
