As Noor Riyadh 2025 returns for its fifth edition from November 20 to December 6, Riyadh will be more radiant than ever. With this year's theme, “In the Blink of an Eye,” the city will be transformed into an outdoor exhibition with over 60 pieces of art from famous locations such as Wadi Hanifah, JAX District, and King Abdulaziz Historical Centre.

The festival's current iteration honours Riyadh's quick change and its acceptance of innovation, science, and technology. The narrative follows two intertwined threads: in the historic centre, light-based artworks engage with historic structures to connect the city's vibrant present with its rich cultural past. On the other hand, because of the installations that capture the energy and cadence of city life, the metro stations exude a modern pulse. This year's Noor Riyadh uses light, which conjures images of motion and speed, as both a medium and a message. In order to visualise connection and engagement, kinetic sculptures and responsive installations follow the movement of people. The daring pieces from this year perfectly depict Riyadh's spirit of ongoing change and represent a city that is never still.
