The largest legal event in MENA — Riyadh International Disputes Week (RDIW26)—returns from 1 to 5 February 2026, at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel Granada in Riyadh.

The theme for Riyadh International Disputes Week this year, RDIW26, is “Predictable Dispute Resolution in Uncertain Times,” which will examine the importance of having clear laws, good governance, and efficient dispute resolution in promoting stability and trust in the face of unpredictability. Moreover, the SCCA International Conference will occur on Wednesday, 4 February, providing global thought leadership and networking opportunities. Participants will gain actionable strategies for building trust, managing investments, enhancing legal predictability, and strengthening key local and international relationships through a series of keynotes and panels featuring governmental updates, judicial perspectives, corporate insights, and practical legal guidance. Besides, RIDW is the largest legal event in the MENA region and a prominent global gathering, attracting a wide range of stakeholders, including key players from dispute resolution, government, academia, and businesses across local and international sectors. Additionally, RIDW provides a platform for discussions and collaborations regarding commercial and investment arbitration, mediation, litigation, and the rule of law from national, regional, and international viewpoints. Last year, the SCCA25 Conference attracted 1,350 distinguished attendees, while the SIAM6 featured 154 teams from 24 countries, comprising 1,232 students and academics, along with 530 arbitrators, emphasising the event's extensive global reach and significance. This event, held once more by the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), will demonstrate Saudi Arabia's strategic dedication to having a significant influence in a number of areas, encouraging cooperation, and stimulating innovation within the international commercial and dispute resolution communities.
