IIG Brings Saudi Investors to London’s House of Lords
On Thursday, July 9th, at 7:00 PM, London will hold a unique real estate event called “Real Estate Reception” at the House of Lords in Westminster, with the theme “Where Investment Meets Parliament.”
The event, organised by International Investment Gate (IIG) and IIG Events & Marketing, will be hosted by Lord Udny-Lister. It will bring together entities and companies focused on investment and real estate between Saudi Arabia and the UK, including Argaam, Gulf Research and Economic Consulting Centre (GBRC), and Zunikh Property Development & Investment, supported by the Saudi-British Business Council.
IIG has selected the House of Lords for its meeting and event, reflecting the nature of the partnership between London and Riyadh. The gathering is targeting a niche audience of investors, developers, consultants, influential business figures, and key decision-makers to explore real estate investment opportunities in the Saudi market, rather than catering to a broader audience.
The evening is designed as an exclusive, invitation-only investment reception with limited attendance, rather than a conventional real estate exhibition or conference. It will bring together a curated group of senior investors from Saudi Arabia and Britain; prominent figures in the real estate sector; corporate leaders; members of the British Parliament and House of Lords; high-net-worth investors from the Gulf and Britain; as well as representatives from family offices.
This meeting is part of a larger initiative spearheaded by IIG in London in the summer of 2026. The company is orchestrating a series of events targeting Gulf and British investors, including the UK-KSA Apex at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre and the IIG Real Estate Exhibition at the Chancery Rosewood Hotel. The primary goal of these events is to enhance networking opportunities among investors, developers, and individuals interested in investment opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
IIG’s participation extends beyond this occasion. In recent years, its name has been linked to several real estate and investment projects between Saudi Arabia and the UK, such as investor events, property tours, and business gatherings that bring together developers, consultants, and investors. As previously reported, dozens of exhibitors and investors participated in the 2025 Saudi Property Show in London, where deals exceeded £50 million.
The recent changes in the Saudi real estate market, especially in light of the revised rules governing non-Saudi property ownership, give the event additional significance. Due to these developments, it is now more important than ever for foreign investors to have direct and transparent meetings where they can learn about the nature of projects, legal requirements, and opportunities before entering the market.
The evening will feature a special discussion on Saudi real estate investment related to Saudi Vision 2030 and the bilateral economic ties between Saudi Arabia and the UK. This is particularly relevant as the Saudi real estate sector is gaining prominence due to expanding residential, tourism, and urban development projects, alongside the Kingdom’s increasing role in global investment discussions.
According to this viewpoint, IIG’s role is primarily to establish a viable bridge between two distinct groups: on one side, the fast-evolving Saudi market, which is witnessing considerable advancements in sectors like real estate, tourism, and urban development; and on the other side, investors and financial and legal firms, including consulting firms, that seek structured and transparent investment opportunities in the Gulf, predominantly located in London.
The event, co-sponsored by Zunikh Real Estate Development, Argaam Investments, and Dar Al Khaleej, showcases a diverse attendance of stakeholders who aim to strengthen real estate and investment connections between Saudi Arabia and Britain.
The Real Estate Reception 2026 event aims to bring together key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, investors, and organisations that facilitate collaboration between these markets. The event serves as a valuable forum for discussing strategies to transform interest in the Saudi market into tangible investment actions, while also highlighting available real estate opportunities.
Between the House of Lords in London and Saudi Arabia’s burgeoning real estate projects, IIG continues to work to convert British and Gulf interest in Saudi real estate into direct relationships, clearer opportunities, and a stronger presence for the Saudi market in one of the world’s most important financial capitals.
