The (NHC) Company has launched the “Adeem Al-Fursan” project in northeast Riyadh, aiming to improve the city's urban landscape.

The National Housing Company (NHC) has announced the beginning of the “Adeem Al-Fursan” project in the northeast of Riyadh. This project enhances the capital’s urban landscape.

In addition to offering opulent housing units, the project helps to accomplish urban development objectives and improve living standards in a sustainable and integrated setting. Spanning 174,000 square meters, the “Adeem Al-Fursan” project comprises 540 luxurious residential units, including separate villas and town houses. Individual units range in size from 297 to 398 square metres. The units are modern in design, with an emphasis on creating a comfortable environment that meets the daily needs of the residents.

Alongside residential areas, the project features integrated amenities, such as large green areas to encourage a healthy lifestyle, mosques, social, educational, and medical facilities, as well as businesses to cater to residents’ everyday needs.

Meeting the Growing Demand for Real Estate

According to Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities, Rural Affairs, and Housing, the city requires between 120,000 and 130,000 housing units per year to meet demand, but the market only supplies between 40% and 45% of this need at the moment.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing, for its part, is collaborating with domestic and foreign developers, such as the National Housing Company (NHC), to offer a range of housing units that cater to different market segments. They have prices between 250,000 and 1.2 million riyals. Furthermore, this action is part of a nationwide initiative to increase the number of Saudi households that own a home to 66% this year.
