The National Housing Company (NHC) has announced the beginning of the “Adeem Al-Fursan” project in the northeast of Riyadh. This project enhances the capital’s urban landscape.

Spanning 174,000 square meters, the “Adeem Al-Fursan” project comprises 540 luxurious residential units, including separate villas and town houses. Meeting the Growing Demand for Real Estate
The ongoing population and economic growth in the capital, Riyadh, has led to an increase in demand for real estate, which is why the Adeem Al-Fursan project was born.
According to Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities, Rural Affairs, and Housing, the city requires between 120,000 and 130,000 housing units per year to meet demand, but the market only supplies between 40% and 45% of this need at the moment.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing, for its part, is collaborating with domestic and foreign developers, such as the National Housing Company (NHC), to offer a range of housing units that cater to different market segments. They have prices between 250,000 and 1.2 million riyals. Furthermore, this action is part of a nationwide initiative to increase the number of Saudi households that own a home to 66% this year. This is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to improve social stability by offering cheap and sustainable housing options.
