Located on the Fountain Level at the Address Downtown Dubai Hotel, URLA invites guests to discover a piece of Aegean paradise, capturing the feeling of summer and sunsets, across the coastal routes of Spain, Greece and the West of Turkey. With up-close and intimate views of the dazzling Burj Khalifa and unparalleled sights of the Dubai Fountains, watch as the sun sinks in the sky and the fountains dance into life.
Named after the town of URLA, a gastronomical corner on the West Coast of Turkey, URLA’s culinary roots celebrate flavour and vibrant storytelling, encompassing the best of Aegean cuisine, drawing influence from surrounding landscapes a well as Greece and Spain. URLA invites guests to discover a menu bursting with fresh produce from both land and sea, all of which are exclusive to the beautiful Aegean coasts, offering a fresh take on traditional dishes. URLA’s menu presents contemporary and cosmopolitan dining with an artisanal twist, focusing on sharing dishes that are divided into ‘Share the Sea’ and ‘Share the Mountain’.
Settle into the evening with an exquisite platter of fresh Oysters or savour a Seabass Ceviche, served with crispy sweet potato, cancha corns and tiger’s milk. For Caviar lovers, enjoy a slice of toasted, buttery brioche topped with the world’s leading caviar. Moving through the menu to the main sea-inspired dishes, guests can indulge in a gourmet Lobster Confit with sautéed greens and baby potatoes as well as the Monkfish Skewer, complemented with Padrόn peppers and garlic chips.
‘Share the Mountain’ dishes start with URLA’s Meze Plates, which are six delectable Aegean mezes, or URLA’s signature Beef Carpaccio, infused with rosemary smoke and decorated with figs, pine nuts and apricot jam. The Braised Beef Rib, is served with silky Orzo pasta and seasonal wild mushrooms. Delve into the USDA Prime Tenderloin, served with pan-seared foie gras, caramelized onions combined with a rich truffle sauce, explore URLA’s traditional roots with the divine Tulum Cheese Erişte, a homemade Turkish pasta serenaded with crushed walnuts. To end the evening on a sweet note, sink a spoon into a delicate Pineapple Catalan Brûlée or Spain’s most favourite Golden Torrija, a soft bread immersed in cinnamon and milk, decorated with gold flakes and served with a creamy vanilla ice-cream.
