Sweid & Sweid Co. of Banyan Tree for real-estate developments announced the launch of Banyan Tree Residences in the third quarter of 2019. This project marks the first of its kind for the brand name in the Middle-East region with the participation of GCC, UK and Singapore investors.

Banyan Tree Residences, with its 235 resort-standard luxury residences, is located at the intersection between the Emirates Hills, Emirates Golf Course and Montgomerie Golf Course. It provides a 10,000 plantation oasis along with a spa that residents can use for relaxation and rejuvenation. It also offers multiple pool houses that create to-gather the ideal place for relaxation, achieving the perfect mental, physical and psychological peaceful balance.

GCC customers are considered vital to the Banyan Tree Residences project as they account for 35% of the project’s investments. Meanwhile, numbers of potential South East Asian investors interested in Dubai’s real-estate investments are also on the rise for the first time. This is attributed to the Banyan Tree excellent reputation in Singapore.

In terms of investments, Singapore accounted for 20% of the investment shares in Banyan Tree Residences whereas the United Kingdom’s claimed 35% of the project’s investments. According to the latest yearly reports published by Dubai’s Investment Development Agency, the United Kingdom is among the top five foreign countries in terms of capital flowing into Dubai.
