As part of Wizz Air’s keenness to enhance its growth in the Middle East and ensure its commitment to providing low-cost travel options between Europe and the Middle East, the company announced a new destination to its flights linking London’s Luton Airport and Sphinx International Airport in Cairo.

The Starting Date

Wiz Air will start operating its flights between Cairo and London beginning from October 30, at a rate of 3 weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, to allow tourists and residents of both countries to travel at competitive prices starting from €59.99.

Tickets are available on wizzair.com and the company’s mobile application.
These competitive prices apply only to reservations made through the website and WIZZ mobile application, with limited seats.

In this regard, Managing Director of Wizz Air in the United Kingdom, Marion Geoffroy, said, “We are delighted to launch a new destination linking the capitals of the United Kingdom and Egypt, providing the opportunity to explore the rich cultures of both destinations at low prices”.

She added that “this step, just one month after announcing the launch of destinations between Hungary, Italy and Egypt, also confirms our continued commitment to supporting the sustainable growth of the aviation sector in Europe and the Middle East.

Geoffroy said, “We are proud to support Egypt’s Vision 2030 and contribute to achieving its ambitious goals as we continue to drive economic growth by launching distinctive destinations, and we look forward to welcoming adventurers and travellers aboard our flights during the coming period.”
