The Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) Forum will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh, on November 2-3, 2025. The Forum's goal is to promote cooperation amongst key players in the water industry.

The Ministry of Finance is the owner of the Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC). Through public-private partnerships, it spearheads the development and bidding of water infrastructure projects, including desalination, wastewater treatment, water transport networks, and strategic storage. As the main off-taker of all water kinds in Saudi Arabia, SWPC collaborates with partners in the public and private sectors to guarantee national water security and a sustainable water supply. Moreover, to ensure the sustainability of the water sector in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, it will provide a platform for the exchange of best practices, industry input, and the improvement and refinement of numerous areas. The goal of this meeting is to foster strategic alliances and meaningful conversation, guaranteeing that all industry voices are heard and that their perspectives are applied to ongoing development. Additionally, the Forum is open to government officials, industry leaders, key stakeholders, and a select group of corporate executives. This meeting guarantees a high-level, targeted discussion that produces significant connections and useful ideas. The Ministry of Finance owns all the Saudi Water Partnership Company, and its capital is SR (100,000,000) One Hundred Million Saudi Riyals. The company initially emerged in 2003 as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in accordance with Supreme Economic Council Resolution 5/23. Its primary objective was to buy water and electricity from private sector projects and sell the water to Saline Water Conversion Corporation and the electricity to the Saudi Electricity Company.
